In large cities, the cost of real estate is skyrocketing. Often old real estate, warehouses and other properties are offered at inflated prices. Why is the cost of rent less in smaller cities than in large cities?

We offer construction of dirigible hotels, offices and other modern technology. It runs on electricity. Now many hotels are under quarantine because of the coronavirus. A mobile hotel makes any problems much easier, and there will always be viruses.

More mobility is always a big plus. You can hang over the heads of competitors. They can rent land, but they can't rent air. Such an airship can be made in a variety of sizes.  The blimp can also be made to fit needs, for 5, 50, 100 or more people, virtually any size. Including for airborne service, the blimp can be plugged into a regular electrical outlet. Electricity is cheaper than other fuels. If you are already going to build a space elevator, pulling 30 meters of ordinary wire is not a problem at all.
An airship is not real estate, it can land anywhere, or hover over any house.
